How did it all begin?

airasia academy was set up in 2020 to reskill and cross-train AirAsia Allstars for in-demand tech skills, in line with AirAsia's move towards becoming a digital travel and lifestyle company.

Within the same year, we opened our doors and extended our proprietary Tech Bootcamps to the public. To date we have connected and trained more than 10,000 learners in tech, marketing, productivity, leadership and so much more.

Our reskilled graduates are job-ready to fill the in-demand roles Malaysian digital economy needs and are proudly recording an income uplift between RM1,000 - RM6,000 per month.

Understanding that learning is a continuous journey, we launched On-Demand Learning (ODL) to encourage and support our community of learners to always be ahead of the curve in their respective fields. Our ODL content vault is perfect for individuals interested to upskill their knowledge whether it is for career growth or just to learn something new everyday.
